Luxury Tartare with Venison

 
 

Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes - Perfect as an appetizer

Ingredients:

  • Roast beef, Tender Strip Flat, or Bolar

  • Butter

  • Parmesan

  • Crispy fried onions

  • Chives

  • Dijonnaise

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the meat into small pieces and portion it out.

  2. Melt the butter and drizzle an appropriate amount over the meat.

  3. Sprinkle with crispy fried onions and Parmesan.

  4. Chop the chives and add an appropriate amount on top.

  5. Finish with a dollop of Dijonnaise


    Serve either on a plate or directly in a spoon as a delightful appetizer.
